Cancellation Policy
At Serene Head Spa, we understand that life happens and plans may change. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, please review our policy below:
• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future appointment with proper notice.
• Late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• No-shows or arrivals 10–15 minutes late that result in a missed appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
