Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Serene Head Spa, we understand that life happens and plans may change. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, please review our policy below:
• A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred one time to a future appointment with proper notice.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will not be charged beyond the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Clients arriving 10 minutes late will have their appointment canceled. If the appointment cannot be completed, it will be considered a no-show and charged 100%.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
